· Sworn Statement for Visa application form filled in correctly.

·Passport with a validity of at least 6 months.

· International Certificate of Vaccination or Revaccination Against Yellow Fever.

· 2 photos of 3cm*3cm size

· Invitation issued by the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

Once all the above documents have been prepared, please make an appointment for visa delivery through the Embassy of Bolivia in China's WeChat public program.
