1. Application letter for Single Status Certificate signed by the applicant (Spanish).
2. Original and photocopy of valid Identity Card.
3. Original and photocopy of valid passport.
4. The Single Status Certificate is free of charge. If you need a Chinese or English translation, please indicate this in the application letter and present the payment receipt of $10 translation fee of the designated bank.

5. It is recommended to schedule a short face-to-face or remote meeting with the Consular Affairs Officer prior to the marriage to gather relevant information about the marriage with the People's Republic of China.
