The Oruro Carnival is a great celebration of the Bolivian people that takes place every year in the city of Oruro in Bolivia, the Carnival is the most distinctive in South America along with the Brazilian Carnival. Oruro is a city located in western Bolivia with a strong religious atmosphere.
