·       Sworn Statement for Visa application form filled in correctly. https://visas.cancilleria.gob.bo/#/ 

·       passport with a validity of at least 6 months.

·       International Certificate of Vaccination or Revaccination Against  

   Yellow Fever.

·       2 photos of 4cm*4cm size .

·       Document that certifies the relationship or kinship, and letter of invitation from the family member.

·       Current certification of non-criminal records legalized or apostilled.

·       Economic Solvency of the Applicant：

       -  Bank statement of the applicant.

·       Flight itinerary

·       Bank slip of USD 85 for the specific purpose visa.

Once all the above documents have been prepared, please make an appointment for visa delivery through the Embassy of Bolivia in China's WeChat public program.
